BOOKING AND PAYMENT
The customer is required to read the 'Property rules' of the property before proceeding with the down payment. Every owner indicates specific conditions (explained in 'Rules structure' of the apartment). By making the booking, the customer is accepting the condition of which is booking.

To proceed with the booking of accommodation published on our site, please send a request by filling out the appropriate form made available online.
The confirmation of the reservation is subject to:
the availability of the apartment at the time of receipt of the inquiry;
the payment of a deposit with the value of advance.

The reservation is confirmed only with the receipt of a written communication by fax or via e-mail by TrulliHolidays.it.
The balance of the remaining amount must be paid to the owner upon arrival at the apartment, or a few days before arrival (according to the "Property rules" of each structure).
All prices quoted are in Euro (€).
The prices can be changed by the owners at any time. The prices of bookings already confirmed in writing by TrulliHolidays.it can not be changed anyway.

CONFIRMATION OF RESERVATION
Upon receipt of the required payment we will send you the Booking Confirmation, which will specify the address of the apartment booked, the contact details of the owner or of the person who will take care of the reception and all the necessary information for your booking.

BEFORE ARRIVAL
You must contac the owner of the booked several days in advance and inform on your arrival time.
The owner will meet you in the apartment in the timetable communicated to you.
The methods, and the meeting point for the delivery of the keys may be different from the seat of the apartment, in every case you will receive all the instructions in the email confirmation or directly by the owner.

ARRIVAL, REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT
Upon arrival at the apartment or at least at the keys, all guests must be registered in compliance with local and must have a valid identification document.

Upon arrival or before arrival must be paid the full amount of the reservation directly to the owner. In the event that the owner does not have the ability to charge your credit card is required a bank transfer or payment in cash on arrival.
For those who do not want to travel with large amounts of cash, it is almost always possible to agree with the owner for an advance payment by bank transfer or paypal.
In some locations require a fee of tourist stay. This amount is not included in the total reservation and must be paid on the spot.

CANCELLATION BY THE CLIENT
The cancellation by the customer must be communicated to TrulliHolidays.it in writing via e-mail to info@trulliholidays.it or fax no. 0833.1972042. Cancellations communicated by phone or via SMS or directly to the owners will not be considered as valid and effective.
The cancellation by the customer requires in any case the loss of the deposit paid upon confirmation. For details on the cancellation policy please refer to the "Rules structure" of each structure.

CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS
We must respect the property, its furnishings and all the equipment with the utmost diligence.
Can not accommodate more people than indicated in the booking form.
It is not allowed to carry out illegal activities in the property during your stay.
In case of a complaint, the customer must communicate, as quickly as possible, in no event more than 24 hours of arrival or the time of the incident, both the owner and to TrulliHolidays.it by a written document that will be recorded, any failure in the execution of the contract which has experienced on-site, including photographs if necessary. If the customer does not perform this communication in time and in the manner indicated, can not make the claim, and shall be guilty of the damage caused or aggravated.
For its part, DADECOM S.r.l. owner of this website communicates the following:
DADECOM S.r.l. acting in good faith and as a promoter of accommodation services offered on its websites.
DADECOM S.r.l. is not a travel agent and does not directly provide any accommodation service.
DADECOM S.r.l. can not change the terms and conditions established by each owner.
The photographs and information appearing on our portals are given to us by the owners and the owners themselves may change periodically, and at any time.
These exclude our liability in case of cancellation due to strikes, force majeure or other problems that can not be controlled by us.
If, however, in which the property booked is not available, we will offer you an alternative accommodation with the same characteristics.
In case it was not possible to find an alternative, the reservation will be canceled and you will be donated by the owner of the amount paid as reservation.
